For the Dough:
- 5 cups flour 600 g
- 2 cups water 400 ml, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon yeast
For Greasing:
- 100 g butter melted
- 100 ml vegetable oil
For the Filling:
- 1½ cups white cheese crumbled
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley finely chopped
Prepare the Dough: In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, and yeast. Gradually add water while mixing until a dough forms.
Knead: Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Rest the Dough: Cover and let rest for a few minutes, then divide into equal portions.
Oil Resting: Mix melted butter and vegetable oil. Dip each dough ball into the mixture and let rest in the oil for at least 15 minutes.
Prepare the Filling: Combine crumbled white cheese and chopped parsley.
Shape & Fill: Roll out each dough ball gently. Add cheese and parsley filling. Fold to seal and flatten slightly.
Cook: Cook in a preheated non-stick pan over medium heat until golden brown on both sides (about 3–4 minutes per side).
