For the Kebab
- 500 g minced beef (or lamb)
- 1 onion (dry onion)
- 1 small handful fresh parsley
- 2 fresh bell peppers
- 3 green peppers
- Salt (to taste)
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
For the Topping
- 2–3 tomatoes, sliced
- Salt (to taste)
- 1–2 tbsp olive oil
Prepare the vegetables:
Place onion, parsley, bell peppers, and green peppers in a food processor. Blend finely, then squeeze out excess water thoroughly.
Mix the kebab:
In a large bowl, combine minced meat with the squeezed vegetable mixture. Add salt, black pepper, cumin, and paprika. Knead well until fully combined.
- Squeezing vegetables prevents excess moisture.
- Tomatoes can be roasted separately for deeper flavor.
- You can substitute beef with chicken (add 1 tbsp olive oil for moisture).
