🍨 Ice Cream Flan

This creamy no-bake Ice Cream Flan is made with whipped cream and caramel flan mix, topped with caramel sauce and nuts. Easy, quick, and delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g powdered whipped cream (sweetened)
  • 300 ml very cold milk
  • 3 caramel flan packets
  • Caramel sauce (for topping)
  • Nuts or sprinkles (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

Whip the Cream:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine powdered whipped cream and very cold milk. Beat with an electric mixer for 3–5 minutes until thick and fluffy. Set aside.

Prepare the Flan:

  • In a saucepan, prepare the caramel flan according to the package instructions. Stir continuously over medium heat until thickened.

Combine Mixtures:

  • Allow the flan to cool slightly for 2–3 minutes (warm, not hot). Gently fold it into the whipped cream mixture using a spatula until smooth and well combined.

Chill:

  • Pour the mixture into a serving mold or dish. Smooth the top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.

Decorate & Serve:

  • Before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce and garnish with nuts or sprinkles. Slice and enjoy!

Notes

  • Make sure the milk is very cold for best whipping results.
  • Do not mix the flan while it’s too hot to avoid deflating the whipped cream.
  • For best texture, refrigerate overnight.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
