For the Cake
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon warm milk
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ½ tea cup powdered sugar
For the Chocolate Sauce
- ½ tea cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 50 –60 g chocolate
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, egg, warm milk, vegetable oil, and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth.
Lightly grease a non-stick pan and pour in the batter.
Cover with a lid and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
