Ingredients
  

For the Cake

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon warm milk
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ tea cup powdered sugar

For Soaking

  • 1 cup milk

For the Chocolate Sauce

  • ½ tea cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 50 –60 g chocolate

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, egg, warm milk, vegetable oil, and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth.
  • Lightly grease a non-stick pan and pour in the batter.
  • Cover with a lid and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • While the cake is still warm, slowly pour 1 cup of milk over the top and allow it to absorb.
  • For the sauce, add the milk, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar to a small saucepan. Heat while stirring continuously.
  • Add the chocolate and stir until completely melted and smooth.
  • Pour the warm chocolate sauce over the cake.
  • Let the cake rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
