- 4 medium eggs (or 3 large eggs), room temperature
- 180 g 1 cup sugar
- 125 ml 1 tea cup milk, room temperature
- 110 ml vegetable oil (about ½ cup)
- 165 g 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 25 g 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 10 g 1 packet baking powder
- 5 g 1 packet vanilla sugar or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Chocolate chips or chunks (optional)
Prepare Dry Ingredients
