5 medium tomatoes 1 onion finely chopped 5 garlic cloves minced 2 tablespoons olive oil 200 g minced beef 1 teaspoon tomato paste Salt to taste 1 teaspoon cumin ½ teaspoon black pepper ½ teaspoon red pepper powder 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 300 g cooked spaghetti pasta 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the whole tomatoes, onion, and garlic. Cook until the tomatoes become soft and tender.
Remove the tomato skins and mash or blend the tomatoes until smooth.
Push the tomato mixture to the sides of the pan and add the minced beef in the center. Cook until browned.
Stir in the tomato paste, salt, cumin, black pepper, and red pepper powder.
Cook for 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the grated cheddar cheese and mix until melted into the sauce.
Add the cooked spaghetti and toss until well coated.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Use freshly grated cheddar cheese for the best melting texture.
Add chili flakes for extra heat.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
