Ingredients
  

  • 5 medium tomatoes
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 5 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 200 g minced beef
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper powder
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 300 g cooked spaghetti pasta
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the whole tomatoes, onion, and garlic. Cook until the tomatoes become soft and tender.
  • Remove the tomato skins and mash or blend the tomatoes until smooth.
  • Push the tomato mixture to the sides of the pan and add the minced beef in the center. Cook until browned.
  • Stir in the tomato paste, salt, cumin, black pepper, and red pepper powder.
  • Cook for 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add the grated cheddar cheese and mix until melted into the sauce.
  • Add the cooked spaghetti and toss until well coated.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated cheddar cheese for the best melting texture.
  • Add chili flakes for extra heat.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
